1 Tent / RV per site

Each site includes a picnic table and fire ring. A charcoal grill is available upon request. All tent sites include the free use of our newly renovated bathhouse equipped with hot showers and flush toilets.

We require 24 hours in advance but would recommend booking at least 2 weeks to a month ahead of time.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of most reservations. Full payment is required at the time of booking for Tent reservations. Reservations are not held or confirmed until a deposit is received. Deposits may be paid for by cash, check, or credit card. Final balances are due the morning of arrival. They will be automatically charge to the payment method on file.

Due to the nature of our business and the limited amount of space, cancellations or “no shows” do NOT qualify for a refund. However, if you are forced to cancel, we will gladly apply your payment less a 20% handling fee to a future stay within the current year. This of course does not apply to “no shows”.

There is WiFi throughout the park accessible with a password which will be provided upon arrival. Our staff has put a tremendous amount of work into our connective infrastructure but please keep in mind the rural nature of the property may cause disruption in service from time to time. We sometimes find disruptive challenges from being located in a rural wooded river valley along with the unexpected damages that nature can bring us. All part of being out in the great outdoors. And while the occasional disruption can be inconvenient we have found many guests use it as an opportunity to break away and unplug from the technological ties that bind us.

Absolutely pets are allowed. We limit this to 2 pets and require they are fully vaccinated and on a leash at all times. For Pet-Friendly Cabins and RV’s, there is an additional charge of $25 per weekend stay and $50 per week stay.

Persons twenty-one (21) years or older are permitted to smoke outside the common areas and pavilions of the facility. Underage smokers will not be tolerated and will be asked to return to their Campsite. No smoking or use of vaping devices is permitted in any buildings, pavilions, or in any area where children under the age of twelve (12) years old are located. All smoking waste must be deposited into trash receptacles.

Its amenities include living quarters with a fold-out futon, flat-screen cable TV, and air conditioning. Bedding and towels are supplied and guests can enjoy a private bathroom with a shower and flush toilet. The Deluxe cabins also come with a fully equipped kitchen (cooking utensils, dining wear, pots and pans, trash bags, paper towels, and dish soap).

Its amenities include living quarters with a fold-out futon, flat-screen cable TV, and air conditioning. Bedding is provided for the bunk beds and guests can enjoy a half bath with a sink and flush toilet. The Woodland cabins also have an efficient style kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, and small refrigerator. Toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels are also provided.

Its amenities include living quarters with a flat-screen cable TV and air conditioning. Bedding is provided for the bunk beds and toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels are also provided. The Barn Style cabins also have an efficiency style kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, and small refrigerator.

Its amenities include living quarters with cable TV, air conditioning, and a retractable awning out to a concrete patio. All campers are fully equipped with bedding, cooking utensils, dining wear, pots and pans, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, and dish soap. Bring your own towels as these are NOT supplied.

Its amenities include living quarters with a flat-screen cable TV and air conditioning. Bedding is provided and guests can enjoy a shared bathhouse with a sink and flush toilets. The Wagons also have an efficient style kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, and small refrigerator. Toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels are also provided.

Coffee can be purchased at RCP General Store.

Firewood can be purchased prior to your stay and delivered to your site upon arrival by calling the office (607) 498-5264 or can be bought at RCP General Store.

Parking is included in your stay. Riverfront Woodland Cabins, Barn Style Bunk Cabins, and Riverfront Rental RV are limited to 1 car per site. Additional cars will have to park in a designated parking area. All other sites have a 2 car maximum.

Garnet Health Medical Center is the closest hospital to the Park. It is about 30 minutes away and located at 68 Harris Bushville Road, Harris, NY 12742.

All cabins are protected by a number lock code that will be provided to you upon check-in.

Our deluxe cabins have private showers in the unit. All other cabins and sites can use our newly renovated bathhouse at the bathhouse located in the center of the park.

Tent and RV sites do not have a minimum night stay unless during a holiday weekend. There is a three-night minimum stay on the following holiday weekends: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Columbus Day.

Cabin, Wagon, and RV Rentals do however have one as follows. There is a two-night minimum stay for weekends. When booking a Thursday and Friday without booking a Saturday night, weekend rates will apply for Thursday.There is a three-night minimum stay on the following holiday weekends: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Columbus Day.

Unfortunately, no restaurants currently offer deliveries but all are located within a 5-10 minute drive from the Park.

All Cabin, Wagon, and RV Rentals come equipped with AC and heat units.

Besides hiking, birding, and fly fishing, plenty of activities await you and your family. With immediate and direct access to the world-famous Beaverkill River, family-friendly adventures, including kayaking, fishing, and tubing are all available to our guests. We also offer bike and kayak rentals on site.
