COVID-19 Update

Our guests’ and staffs’ health and safety are of utmost importance. We will require that everyone follow the CDC safety guidelines and the NYS Governor’s executive orders as highlighted below:

A mask or facecloth, covering your nose and mouth, must be worn in all public areas when social distancing can not be maintained

Social distancing must be followed – maintaining a distance of 6 feet between people at all times (even if wearing a mask) 

We have instituted a few new protocols in the interest of your health and safety and ask for your cooperation with the following:

All guests must have a prepaid reservation. Absolutely no walk-ins will be allowed.

All communication with staff will be done exclusively by phone. Our 24-hour number for your convenience is (607) 498-5264.

To facilitate social distancing, all common areas in the Park will be temporarily closed, including the bocce court, playgrounds, pavilions, and the general store.

The general store will only be available by phone and for pre-orders. Please call the 24-hour number for assistance.

Enjoy watching the Farm Animals from a distance. Do not pet or feed them.

^

Most importantly we are encouraging guests to bring all supplies, food, etc. from home to limit the trips in and out of the park for your own safety and to not strain the local markets.

FAQ

What are you doing to keep families safe?

Roscoe Campsite Park is following all federal, state and local authorities’ directives, and the park has been provided with best practices and recommendations from the nation’s leading health organizations such as the CDC. The Park is incorporating social distancing into our amenities and activities, and heightening our sanitation procedures and systems. Enhanced cleaning practices will include the routine cleaning of frequently touched surfaces, increased usage of disinfectants, placement of hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the park, and employee usage of personal protection equipment, such as masks and gloves.

What about amenities and activities?

The amenities and activities and will be adjusted as needed to comply with social distancing guidelines. Some amenities, such as pavilions and playgrounds, may be closed in accordance with local government mandates, but other activities, such as scavenger hunts and fishing, will be available.
